Before you contact anyone...
Ensure that you have read and understood the instructions first, as there's nothing guaranteed to annoy someone more than being asked the same question several times over.Note that the reason why people are happy to burn their collection freely for others is mentioned here. Burners don't trade; they burn freely. They are not making a profit, so offers of financial benefits will not bestow preferential treatment. They do not dabble in "warez", so do not embarrass yourself by sending a mixture of capitals and numbers in a gramatically-incompetant e-mail offering "tradez n crackz" etc. - this will only gain you a place in the hall of lame for public ridicule.
If you've been charged anything to be directed to this site, then I'm very much afraid that you've been had. Details about this site are available through search engines and numerous newsgroups, such as the excellent alt.games.mame, all freely available; it looks like someone's obtained something freely and then sold it on, which is very much against the spirit of MAME.
Above all, this is not a business. It is intended to undercut greedy auctioneers and profiteering scammers, i.e. scumbags trying to make money out of a free project that everybody has come to know and love: MAME.
Handy tip:
If you've already got a complete set for the previous version of MAME and are just after updates, be sure to mention this to the burner. Burning a 139 update set (3 DVDs) is less time and effort than burning a full set!
